The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a field fire in the 4300 Block of Saint Clair Bridge Road at 15:56. Brush 742 called en route soon after the alert followed by Engine 714 with 6 and arrived on a 30x50 foot field fire. Brush 742 used its booster reel and a 1 3/4" handline off of 714 to extinguish spot fires. A total of 700 gallons of water was used to extinguish the fire. Units cleared at 16:52.
