The Jarrettsville Fire Company was alerted for a tractor fire in the 3400 block of Kreitler Road at 16:40. Originally alerted as a building fire due to its proximity to a dwelling, first-arriving units were held to Engine 714. A single 13/4-inch hand line was pulled, the fire was placed under control moments later, and units were placed back into service.
