The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was requested to respond Rescue 751 to the scene of a reported vehicle accident with rescue in the Hereford VFC area of Baltimore County at the intersections of Troyer and Shepard Roads. Both Rescue 751 and Utility 772 responded and arrived on the scene of a two-vehicle accident with one subject trapped in the vehicle. Rescue crews went to work using a combination of tools to free the subject. The patient was flown to a local area hospital for further evaluation. JVFC crews remained on scene for an hour before being placed back in service.
