The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of Route 165 and Old Federal Hill Road at 08:20 hours. First arriving units found a two vehicle accident at location with two patients. A second BLS unit was requested which brought M-792 to the scene, who later handled a patient refusal of care. Due to the patient condition, that Medic 791 was treating, MSP aviation was requested to rendezvous with them at Joppa VFC helipad. MSP Aviation transported a single patient to a local area trauma center for further evaluation. Units were placed in service shortly after.
