The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident involving a motor cycle in the 4200 Block of Norrisville Road. Units arrived to find a vehicle vs. motorcycle at location. Due to the injuries of the patient, Maryland State Police Aviation was requested for a Priority 2 Category B patient. Crews assessed, treated and packaged the patient who was then transported by air to an area trauma center. Crews were placed in service shortly thereafter.
