The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident in the area of Baldwin Mill & Van Horn Road. Units arrived to find a single vehicle vs. a horse in the roadway. Two subjects were evaluated by I.V. 791 who then refused treatment and transport. Rescue 751 secured the scene of all hazards and remained on scene for a period of time before being placed back into service.
