JVFC units arrived and reported a three vehicle accident with one dump truck off the road with an active leaking saddle tank. Rescue 751 mitigated the fuel leak until Harford County Hazmat team and MDE could remove the remaining diesel fuel from the saddle tanks. One person was transported to a local medical facility for evaluation. The road was shut down for an extended period of time before reopening.
