The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an investigation in the 3800 Block of Norrisville Road. Crews arrived on scene and reported approximately 100 bales of hay and other miscellaneous materials on fire. Crews were able to use an on site machine to spread out the bales to assist with extinguishing the fire. Approximately 1200 gallons of water was used during this incident. Supply 781 secured a draft at a nearby water source.
