Engine 713 to Baltimore City

Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company Tower 3 and Engine 713 have transferred to Baltimore City Fire Department Squad 54 and Truck Company 30 to provide station coverage while Baltimore City units remain committed to operations at a working multi-alarm fire incident.
