| The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a dwelling fire in the 2400 block of Meadowside Court at 09:48. Chief 7 marked up soon after the alert and later arrived on a fully involved garage fire with extension into the dwelling. Engine 714 followed directly by Engine 712 called en route moments after the alert. Engine 714 made access to the end of the driveway and ran a 3" hose down the driveway. Engine 712 staged at the end of the court and laid a 3" hose to supply Engine 714.
The two engine crews made entrance into the home and initiated an aggressive attack on the fire. Fire had spread into the home, through the walls and into the attic. Other units from Harford and Baltimore Counties assisted with fire ground operations. Units cleared the scene at 13:13. |
