On October 20, the Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident in the area of Rocks Chrome Hill and Sharon Roads at 17:19. Rescue 751 responded with a crew of five, followed by I.V. 792. Both units arrived to find a scooter accident with one patient. The patient's injuries were quickly assessed as requiring immediate transport to a trauma center and the services of Maryland State Police Aviation. Rescue 751 secured a landing zone in a nearby parking lot and Trooper 1 transported the patient to Shock Trauma for treatment.

On October 21, I.V. 792 responded for a fall injury at North Bend Elementary School at 11:25. Upon arrival the crew learned that a worker had fallen off the roof of the school and had landed on the ground. MSP Aviation was requested to respond and Engine 714 established a landing zone at JVFC House 1. The patient was flown to Shock Trauma, this time by Trooper 2, for further evaluation and treatment.
