| The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident in the area of Phillips Mill and Putnam Roads at around 01:00. Engine 712 with a crew of six responded soon after the alert, followed shortly thereafter by Medic 792, and Rescue 751 with a crew of five. Units arrived to find a single-car accident, overturned, and off the roadway. Crews assessed two patients: one refused treatment at the scene and the other was transported by land to Bayview Trauma. Units remained on scene for a short time before clearing. |
