| The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 165 and the Deer Creek Bridge at around 07:50. Paramedic 6 was first on-scene and advised responding units a single vehicle had struck a utility pole and there was one patient who had self-extricated. Crews from Engine 712 and I.V. 791 assisted with patient care and secured the scene of hazards. I.V. 791 transported the patient to a trauma center for further evaluation. Route 165 was closed for a short time while BGE crews repaired the downed lines. |
