The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a traumatic injury at the intersection of Clermont Mill Road and Route 165 at around 17:00. Units arrived on the scene of a bicycle accident with one Priority 2 Category B patient. EMS crews requested aviation bringing Engine 714 to secure a landing zone at Company 7 House 1 for Trooper 1. Crews assisted with loading the patient into Trooper 1 which then transported them to a trauma center.
