The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a patient with injuries due to a fall in the 1300 block of North Bend Road at approximately 11:00 a.m. JVFC EMS arrived at the scene of a single patient who had fallen from a tree. Due to the type of injury, I.V. 792 requested aviation to the scene to transport the patient to a trauma center. Engine 714 and Utility 772 arrived and secured a landing site for MSP Trooper 1 at the incident scene until the helicopter was airborne.
