10-50 PI with Rollover

The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a 10-50 PI with suspected vehicle rollover in the 4100 block of Norrisville Rd. Deputy Chief 7 arrived on scene, confirmed rollover and advised patient was out of the vehicle. E713 and M791 arrived on scene moments later. Units cleared the scene with a patient refusal.
