The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for two engines to respond to the Phoenix area of Baltimore County for a working dwelling fire. Engine 712 responded to the scene where its crew assisted with fire suppression and overhaul while Engine 711 was rerouted to fill-in Jacksonville VFC. Additional JVFC crews remained on standby in Jarrettsville while the two units were on the scene.
