The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company and the Harford County Technical Rescue Team were alerted for a high-angle rescue at the "King and Queen" seat located in Rocks State Park at approximately 16:30 hours. Units quickly called en route and arrived on location at the park. Rescuers worked together to locate the victim and securely remove them from the rock formation using a Stokes basket device. The patient was transported to a local area hospital for further evaluation.
