The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company hosted its annual Ice and Cold Water Rescue Drill on Sunday at Clear Meadow Farm with crews from both Harford and Baltimore Counties participating. Crews worked together as teams to simulate controlled rescue drills and to demonstrate different techniques used to safely remove victims from the ice and cold water. A total of 85 personnel were in attendance for this year's drill.

Special thanks to the Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary for providing an excellent breakfast and lunch for everyone who participated in the drill.
