Jarrettsville Fire Company along with the Fallston Fire Company teamed up to make a surprise birthday visit to Austin, a very strong 4-year old boy overcoming an illness. JVFC members braved the snow and ice and responded with 12 volunteers and 3 pieces of apparatus to meet him at his home. Austin was given some memorabilia from JVFC as a gift for his birthday. We would like to wish Austin a Happy Birthday from all of us here at JVFC!
