Engine to I-83 Fire

The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a tractor trailer fire on Interstate 83 located in Baltimore County just after 03:30 hours. First arriving crews reported a trailer on fire from a tractor trailer that was filled with automotive tires. Multiple resources were called in to assist with extinguishment of the fire including a crash truck from Martin State Airport. Engine 712 was placed in service approximately 3 1/2 hours later.
