The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident with reported rescue located at the intersection of Route 152 and Jarrettsville Pike at 20:30 hours. Rescue 751 arrived to find a single vehicle off the roadway and on its side with one patient still inside. Aviation was requested to the scene for a Priority 1 Category B patient. Crews were able to stabilize the vehicle and remove the windshield to perform patient extrication safely and quickly. Engine 712 secured a landing zone for MSP Trooper 1 which transported the patient to an area trauma facility.
