The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an auto fire in the area of Federal Hill and Norrisville Roads. Engine 712 arrived at the scene of a pickup truck with fire in the engine compartment. Crews pulled a single hand-line and quickly extinguished the flames. JVFC personnel then wrapped-up and were placed back into service.
