The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident with reported rescue in the 4200 Block of Norrisville Road. First arriving units encountered an overturned vehicle vs a telephone pole with one patient inside the vehicle. Crews quickly secured the scene and once safe, the patient was removed from the vehicle. BGE was notified and requested due to the downed pole and electric lines. Units remained on scene for an extended period of time before returning to service.
