The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company along with the Bel Air VFC were alerted for a motor vehicle accident vs telephone pole in the 2000 Block of High Point Road. Units arrived and reported a single vehicle accident with a telephone pole down and blocking the roadway. Crews requested BGE to the scene to secure power to the pole. Area houses experienced power surges and outages which were checked by Rescue 751's crew. Units remained on scene until the arrival of BGE.
