The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an engine and rescue to respond to the scene of a working tractor trailer fire in Maryland Line VFC first due on Old York Road. Units arrived and assisted crews on scene with extinguishing the fire and overhaul. Crews remained on scene for an extended period of time before being placed in service.
