Congratulations to EMT Abbey Huneke and Member Marissa Altenburg for being awarded the Charlie Riley Community Service Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to graduating Harford County seniors who demonstrate leadership commitment to the community through extracurricular activities and community service. The scholarship is also awarded to fire/EMS service personnel wanting to expand their knowledge through education.
