The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident with injury in the 4500 Block of Norrisville Road. Units arrived on scene and reported a two-vehicle head-on collision with injuries. Maryland State Police Trooper 1 was requested for one patient to be flown. Norrisville Road was closed for an extended period of time before reopening.
