The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for an auto fire located in the 4200 block of Madonna Road. Crews arrived and reported a working fire from the engine compartment of a work van. A single handline was deployed to quickly extinguish the flames. Units remained on scene for a brief period before returning to service.
