The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident in the area of Midsummer Lane and Route 165 (Federal Hill Road). Units arrived and reported a two vehicle, head on collision blocking the roadway. Crews evaluated patients on scene who were treated by EMS while suppression cleared the roadway of all hazards. Units remained on scene for an extended time before returning back to service.
