The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company hosted a Rabies Clinic at the Main Station on Federal Hill Road from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. A total of 383 animals received their rabies shot during that short time. Several members of the JVFC Auxiliary and Fire and EMS divisions assisted volunteers from area rescue shelters and veterinary clinics document and administer the shots which were provided at cost.
