The Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company was alerted to respond two engines to the scene of a working field fire. First arriving units encountered large hay bails on fire in an open field. Winds and dry conditions caused an issue for crews on scene which brought two engines from JVFC. Crews worked the incident for an extended period of time before clearing and returning to service.
